Grinch Fudge may sound like a funny name for something so sweet, but this easy white chocolate fudge is the perfect Christmas candy for anyone who loves playful holiday desserts. This Grinch Fudge was created for Christmas Sweets Week, a fun celebration filled with holiday treats, candies, cookies, drinks, and desserts. Earlier in the week, a winter-inspired snack mix made an appearance, and the rest of the week included more festive sweets and seasonal recipes. Today, though, the spotlight belongs to this bright green white chocolate fudge.
This recipe is especially nice for Christmas parties, cookie trays, edible gifts, and holiday movie nights. It has a cheerful Grinch-inspired color, a creamy texture, and a generous topping of sprinkles that makes every square look festive. Because the recipe is made without boiling sugar syrup, it is much more approachable than traditional fudge recipes that require careful temperature checks.

The idea for this Grinch Fudge was inspired by the adorable “Mean One” sprinkles. Their colors and playful holiday look made them a perfect match for a green Christmas fudge. The sprinkles add crunch, color, and a fun finishing touch to the creamy white chocolate base.

You know the saying, “third time is a charm”? That was definitely true for this recipe. After a couple of attempts with a different fudge recipe that did not set properly, it was time to find a simpler version that did not depend on a candy thermometer. This cream cheese and white chocolate fudge was the answer.
The texture is smooth and rich, the method is easy, and the fudge sets beautifully after chilling. Since the base uses melted white chocolate, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, the recipe comes together quickly with a mixer and a bowl. It is a great option for anyone who wants homemade Christmas fudge without the stress of boiling sugar to an exact temperature.
The color is important for this recipe. Use lime green or neon green food coloring if you want that classic Grinch look. Regular green food coloring can make the fudge look more blue-green instead of bright and mischievously festive. Clear vanilla extract also helps keep the color vibrant. A dark vanilla extract may slightly dull the shade of green.

The little Grinch in the background adds the perfect holiday touch. A larger version came in a BarkBox for the boxers, and it became well loved very quickly. This smaller one was set aside as a Christmas gift for Tony, the puppy-nephew.

They also received an antler like the one the dog wears in the Grinch movie. Theo looked very cute wearing it, but he was not a fan. When it was placed on Libby, he kept pulling it off her head, so apparently he did not want her wearing it either.

This easy Grinch Fudge makes one 8×8-inch pan and cuts into small, bite-sized squares. It is rich, so little pieces are perfect. The fudge is a beautiful addition to a holiday dessert table and looks especially pretty tucked into candy boxes or added to Christmas cookie platters.
For the best results, melt the white chocolate according to the package directions and let it cool slightly before folding it into the cream cheese mixture. Once the food coloring and sprinkles are mixed in, spread the fudge into the prepared pan, top it with more sprinkles, and chill until firm. It really is that simple.

Now it is time to make a batch of Grinch Fudge.
